New Year’s Day

I know this blog is dedicated to my “hip drama,” but I am going to add some posts about food.  You may not know, but I am a dietitian.  None of this information is meant to be medical advice, but solely what I am doing.  My PT says, I am an inflammatory nightmare.  In the past I have followed a strict paleo diet and have found success….I am going to start Tuesday with a strict Autoimmunce Protocol diet (AIP) to see if it will help my pain and inflammation.

I will try and post recipes and menu planning as I go through this and what results I’m seeing!
